Walmart MoneyCard Instructions
Your Personalized Card can be used almost anywhere Debit MasterCard or Visa debit cards are accepted worldwide, including ATMs. our prepaid Card works exactly like a traditional Debit MasterCard or Visa debit card, except that your Card does not carry a credit line. Rather, you pay as you go by pre-paying the amount you wish to spend.
It is easy to activate Walmart MoneyCard. All you need is to enter your 16-digit Personalized Card Number, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and Card PIN. Your new Card will arrive in the mail at your home within five to ten days after you call to activate your new account. Cards are shipped first class U.S. Mail the next business day after activation. If you haven’t received your Card or PIN within this amount of time, please call customer service immediately at toll free 1-877-937-4098.
There are 3 numbers you need to input: Activation Number from Sales Receipt, Last 4 Digits of Your Temporary Card and the security code printed online at www.walmartmoneycard.com/activate. If you are not familiar with how to do it, just take a look at the picture at the right side. Follow the procedures, you will get your Walmart MoneyCard activated for your international purchases.
It’s easy to reload your Walmart MoneyCard. You may add more money to your Card at any participating Walmart store, by signing up for Direct Deposit, with online bank transfer, or by buying a MoneyPak or Cash Reload.
